Overthinking is addiction!!!

Guys ability to think is blessing for us
But we misuse our blessing by overanalysis, over planning, and over thinking

If we do these just simple exercise so really you will be benifited at least 80%
So without wasting time let's share simple exercise to get rid from overthinking addiction!!! 


1.Stop fight yourself just let it go
We can't change our past, we can't predict our future so why fighting yourself

Stop for a while and think that you are walking on road so have you notice what is the number of car which car is this what the people talk ????? I think your answer is we rarely notice 

So guys why you are fighting from your thoughts just let it go as we do not stop thinking so just let it go don't think too much😇


2.Pardon others really this give you inner peace 🙂


3.Overcome from fear of future take risk🌻


4.Avoid negative self talk busy yourself in creative work
